1. Order Cancellation
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been processed for shipping.
After Processing: Once an order is processed, cancellation may not be possible. Contact our customer service immediately.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel an order:

- Provide your order number
- State the reason for cancellation
- We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong items received
- Cancelled orders (before shipping)
- Returns within 7 days of delivery

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

- Send confirmation email
- Refund appears in your account within 3-5 days
6. Return Shipping
Free Returns: We provide free return shipping for defective items.
Customer Pays: For change of mind returns, customer bears return shipping cost.
